INTRODUCTION
What if the real blockage of the team was not in the processes or the skills, but in the way we treat each other on a daily basis? What do we need to (re)learn to work with more confidence, openness, and team spirit? And if, after improving relationships, the challenge was to create together more effective ways to decide, collaborate, and deliver results?
When trust is established, when each person feels recognised, secure, and responsible, something changes profoundly: work ceases to be just a sum of individual efforts and becomes a collective, aligned, effective construction.
The Human Element® approach, created by psychologist Will Schutz, PhD, goes to the root of human behaviour. Based on the FIRO theory, this method works on self-esteem, reduces defence mechanisms, and unleashes the relational potential of teams. The first stage focuses on self-awareness and the quality of interactions. The next stage invites the team to reflect on their ways of functioning: how we decide, how we take on responsibilities, how we integrate differences to achieve more consistent results.
More than just training, it is a transformative experience that connects emotional intelligence, relational maturity, and performance.

RECOMMENDATION
Ideally delivered as an “Executive Escape”: a team journey away from the usual working environment, offering space to breathe and gain fresh perspectives.
Developed by the renowned Dr. Will Schutz, based on the FIRO theory and considered worldwide as one of the most effective personal and organisational development programmes, this seminar combines scientific foundations with a practical and transformative approach.
Highly interactive and experiential, it challenges each participant to deepen self-knowledge and recognise the impact of their behaviour on relationships, becoming aware of what enhances or limits their effectiveness as a leader and team member.
