INTRODUCTION

What characterises a truly healthy organisational culture? Why do some organisations promote trust, openness, and commitment, while others generate tension and defensiveness? What if the key lies in a deeper understanding of how humans function at work?

The attitudes, relationships, and climate that develop within teams are deeply linked to how individuals perceive themselves and interact with others.

Inspired by the principles of The Human Element® approach, this training proposes a structured reflection on human functioning within organisations and on the relationship between self-esteem, relational openness, and collective effectiveness.

The journey includes the Element B-Behavior™, a psychometric tool based on the FIRO theory (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation), which facilitates the reading of interpersonal dynamics at work. By exploring these concepts, participants develop a clearer understanding of human behaviours in organisations and the elements that contribute to a more open, responsible, and effective organisational culture.
