INTRODUCTION

What if the biggest obstacle to the quality of my relationships was invisibly hidden in the way I listen, trust, and reveal myself to others? What if it were possible to reduce or even eliminate behaviours that sabotage my personal and professional interactions? What would change in my professional life if I felt secure enough to be authentic, vulnerable, and fully responsible for my actions?

When a person develops their self-awareness, self-esteem, and relational awareness, they become more empathetic, clearer in communication, and more capable of handling difficult situations constructively. The result? More genuine relationships, smoother interactions, and a more consistent sense of well-being at work and in life.

Created by psychologist Will Schutz, PhD, the method The Human Element®, based on FIRO theory, addresses the root of interpersonal behaviours. By strengthening self-esteem and reducing defence mechanisms, this approach allows for a better understanding of how we relate, to express ourselves with greater authenticity, and to cultivate more genuine relationships.

When we feel safe to be who we really are and take responsibility for our behaviours, the way we connect with others transforms.

More than a methodology, it is an experience that changes the way we relate to ourselves and to others, and that paves the way for more conscious, free, and deep connections.

Highly interactive and experiential, it challenges each participant to deepen self-awareness and recognise the impact of their behaviour on relationships, becoming aware of what enhances or limits their effectiveness as a leader and team member.
