INTRODUCTION

Cohesive teams are not built on good intentions alone, but on clarity in interactions and the ability to adapt behaviours to the needs of others. All too often, automatic reactions, unspoken expectations and a lack of understanding of individual differences undermine team alignment and collective effectiveness.

Reinforcing cohesion requires developing adaptive communication and greater relational awareness. Based on the Process Communication Model® (PCM), this workshop offers a structured approach to understanding how different personality styles influence team dynamics and how stress can impact relationships.

Participants learn to recognise interaction patterns, to consciously adjust their communication and to respond appropriately to the psychological needs of each profile. The result is a more aligned, more confident team that is better able to transform diversity into complementarity, sustaining performance over time.

PREREQUISITES

Prior to the training, participants will be invited to complete the PCM questionnaire to obtain their confidential Personality Profile. This personalised report, comprising 30 to 40 pages, includes a tailored action plan to help participants better understand and manage their psychological needs.
