INTRODUCTION

What if well-being at work depended above all on the quality of human relationships? How can we develop relational intelligence in teams and improve the way we communicate in our daily lives? What if understanding different personality profiles was the key to creating healthier work environments?

Building a healthy organisational culture involves a better understanding of human nature: the different personality types, motivations, and psychological needs that influence behaviour at work. Based on the Process Communication Model®, this training offers a structured reading of these human mechanisms and their impact on relationships and communication within organisations, creating solid foundations for the development of relational intelligence.

Through a practical and participatory approach, participants explore different personality profiles and learn to adjust communication and work practices to the psychological needs of each individual. In this way, relational intelligence becomes a true foundation for strengthening the quality of relationships, promoting relational well-being, and creating more cooperative and effective work environments.
