INTRODUCTION
What if the biggest barrier to collaboration is the way we interpret (or misinterpret) the work culture in Portugal? Why do I feel like something is slipping away from me? What approach should I adopt to strengthen mutual trust and promote collaboration?
Portugal is a country of subtle contrasts, where tradition and modernity coexist side by side, and where cultural codes deeply shape the way we communicate, collaborate, and make decisions.
