INTRODUCTION
What if the biggest barrier to collaboration is the way we (mis)interpret others? How can I adapt my way of collaborating with people from different cultures and logics? How can I build trust and communicate clearly to strengthen cooperation in an intercultural team?
In a work context where different cultures meet, whether in person or remotely, misunderstandings are not the exception, they are the rule. Differences in communication, time management, feedback, relationship with hierarchy, or expression of emotions directly influence collaboration, trust, and team performance.
This training offers concrete answers to the challenges of multicultural work. Through a clear and practical reading of the main intercultural dimensions and the value systems at play, it helps to transform cultural diversity into a true relational and operational strength.
