INTRODUCTION

How to use PCM to communicate with greater precision and impact, not only in everyday interactions but also in the way we structure messages, content, or written communications?

This training is a continuation of "The Art of Adaptive Communication, Core Topics" and is aimed at professionals who have already applied the Process Communication Model® (PCM) and wish to deepen their use.

Participants reactivate the fundamental concepts of the model, explore the behavioural patterns that influence communication, and delve into the concept of phase change, which explains many of the evolutions in motivation and relationships throughout life.

The training also deepens the practical application of the model in constructing messages, allowing for the adaptation of communications, content, or texts to the different perceptions and psychological needs of the interlocutor or audience.

With a practical approach, participants develop adaptive communication reflexes in demanding situations, reinforcing their relational intelligence in the professional context.
