INTRODUCTION
Why do certain interactions drain me more than others? How can I communicate more effectively without losing my authenticity? And what if understanding my Psychological Needs helped me build healthier relationships and manage stress better?
Effective communication goes far beyond words. Understanding how we express ourselves and how others perceive our message is essential for creating authentic relationships, avoiding misunderstandings, and improving collaboration.
Based on the Process Communication Model®, this training proposes a practical approach to explore personality profiles, recognise communication styles, identify Psychological Needs, anticipate reactions under stress, and adjust communication to truly connect with others.
In this individual training, the participant explores their PCM Personality Profile, understanding their natural communication preferences, sources of motivation, and challenges in interacting with different profiles, with a direct impact on the effectiveness of their interactions.
